We are seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Planning Manager to lead material planning for complex, time-critical product launches. The NPI Planning team is based in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will drive demand and supply strategies from early concept through high-volume manufacturing, ensuring material readiness and seamless execution alignment. You will lead a team of planners and partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to execute build plans, resolve material constraints, and enable on-time product releases. Your focus will be on delivering successful product launches through optimized supply chain performance, proactive risk mitigation, and scalable global planning processes. We are a small, close-knit team working in an exciting, focused atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead NPI master schedulers and planners to manage demand / supply of time critical materials to support NPI products. Lead and direct team for execution of build plans, backorder status, shortages, production schedules. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional team members for effective new product release from concept through high volume manufacturing. Align closing with Marketing, Engineering and NPI operation teams to assure BOM's and new products materials forecast are in place to drive long lead materials. Hire, develop a strong team of planners, master schedulers by mentoring, coaching, setting expectations, providing feedback, and establishing clear succession plans to support a sustaining ongoing organization. Identify, develop, and implement new process initiatives and procedures. Manage communication with Contract Manufacturing partners and coordinate build schedules. Develop, implement metrics to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to variances, shortages and drive projects to impact change. Ensure MRP integrity is maintained across product cycle from proto to volume production.All About You:

Must have experience leading new product planning functions from concept to launch. Experience with design process and phase gate reviews. Must have analytical and mature thinking, organized, team player with a high sense of urgency. Self-driven and goal oriented, ability to navigate within the organization with limited guidance, identify tasks to support outcomes and drive actions to deliver results. Ability to align and communicate effectively and professionally across a range of disciplines with a broad slate of stakeholders, including management, peers, and suppliers. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field. Experience in Rapid Response and Oracle ERP system preferred. Flexible to work with global suppliers with multiple time zones. Able to travel ~10%. •We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position. •This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $161,000 - $257,500. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.Incentive Plan:
