As our Civil Engineering Project Manager for our Site Development/Public Works team, you will lead impactful infrastructure and land development projects that serve communities across Southern California, including municipalities, school districts, higher education institutions, and civic agencies. Our work includes site development, roadway and right-of-way improvements, civil utilities, drainage infrastructure, and public improvements that strengthen and support resilient communities. Manage multiple civil engineering projects from planning through completion Budget & Schedule Management :
Oversee scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, and cost estimating Technical Oversight :
Lead production of high-quality deliverables while meeting project deadlines Team Development :
Supervise, mentor, and support engineers and technical staff Engineering Design :
Apply expertise in grading, drainage, utilities, LID, hydrology/hydraulics, and public improvements Client & Agency Coordination :
Maintain strong client relationships and navigate local/state regulatory requirements Business Development :
Support proposals, interviews, RFQs/RFPs, presentations, and contract negotiations Consultant Management :
Coordinate subconsultants and oversee contract administration Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline California PE license required 8+ years of civil engineering experience managing multidisciplinary projects 1+ years of project management experience overseeing site development or public works projects Experience delivering projects for Southern California public agencies, municipalities, or educational institutions Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering, design, practices and standards Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills Preferred Qualifications DBIA certification or ability to obtain within 2 years Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
