Job Description

Project Engineer Valencia, CA $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE) About the Role We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Valencia, CA. In this role, you'll lead the technical execution of civil engineering projects, working across a variety of site development initiatives while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and public agencies. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys both technical problem-solving and project leadership. What You'll Do Manage and execute civil engineering project assignments from planning through completion Develop project work plans, schedules, and budgets Provide technical input on proposals and cost estimates Lead design coordination and review work from engineers and CAD staff Solve technical challenges and ensure projects remain on track Conduct quality assurance reviews of plans and deliverables Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies Participate in project close-out reviews and continuous improvement efforts What You Bring B.S. in Civil Engineering PE license (CA preferred) 6+ years of experience with PE or 10+ years in civil design Strong knowledge of site development, including grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure systems Experience with local agency standards and permitting processes Proven ability to manage budgets and project timelines Technical Skills AutoCAD, MicroStation, LDT, and/or InRoads Hydrology software (HEC-1, HEC-2, WSPG, MORA) Microsoft Office and general data tools All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
