Logistics & Delivery Management Coordinate international shipping, customs considerations, warehousing, and final delivery timelines. Track orders end-to-end to ensure on-time and complete fulfillment. Project Management Oversee projects through execution, coordinating with installers, contractors, and design professionals. Manage timelines, track milestones, and proactively resolve issues. Operations & Process Improvement Build and refine internal workflows for design, estimating, ordering, and project tracking. Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes as the business grows. Client & Team Support Partner closely with the sales team to support client presentations, revisions, and technical clarifications. Serve as a trusted technical and operational resource internally and externally. Qualifications 3-8+ years of experience in kitchen design, cabinetry, or high-end residential interiors Strong proficiency in SketchUp (or similar design software) for modeling and visualization Experience preparing detailed estimates and proposals Familiarity with residential construction and installation practices Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred Experience Experience working with European cabinetry brands (e.g., Veneta Cucine or similar) Exposure to international vendor coordination and logistics Understanding of procurement workflows, order management, and supply chain coordination Fluency in Russian or Italian is a plus What Success Looks Like Accurate, buildable designs delivered efficiently Clean, error-free orders with minimal revisions from manufacturers On-time project delivery with strong coordination across stakeholders Improved internal systems for estimating, ordering, and tracking High client satisfaction and repeat business Growth Opportunity 0-3
