Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management, business operations, or process excellence, with the focus on end-to-end workflow optimization and automation. 3 years of experience within the real estate construction or workplace services. Preferred qualifications:
Experience or interest in AI Agent frameworks and context management systems to optimize workflows and automate processes within a vendor governance framework. Proven ability to design and plan the rollout of service changes and drive horizontal connectivity for effective execution across regions. Ability to develop rich relationships internally and externally with vendors or service providers, offering support and direction to team members. Exceptional investigative skills with a track record of identifying trends and formulating data-driven proposals to drive business decisions. About the job As a Process Excellence Program Manager within the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Strategy and Operations team, you will identify, develop and lead continuous improvement projects focused on the efficiency, speed and quality of end-to-end processes. You will approach each opportunity with an AI first mindset, leveraging a deep understanding of Google AI capabilities to drive automation and agentification wherever possible. You will build a deep understanding of REWS business needs, and the user journeys of REWSters to develop solutions that provide a positive stakeholder experience; are scalable across the organization; reduce manual workload; and adhere fully to control and compliance policies and requirements. In this role, you will require a courageous and disruptive mindset. You will be looked upon to challenge the status quo, provide insight to AI possibilities, drive stakeholder alignment around a robust AI first goal and strategy, and manage an in-direct team of Googler stakeholders and supplier partners to deliver on that strategy. Your initial project focus will be on end-to-end contracting. Beyond that improvement projects may touch on any area of governance, risk management, controls and reporting across real estate projects, transactions and workplace operations. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Design and execute continuous improvement projects using automation and agentification to modernize legacy workflows and maximize operational speed. Develop the data structures, process logic, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) necessary to transition from manual to agent-led operations. Provide subject matter expertise in internal controls and corporate procurement lifecycles to eliminate bottlenecks in contracting and sourcing. Create scalable global process frameworks based on REWSter user journeys to ensure technical optimizations elevate the internal stakeholder experience. Navigate complex landscapes (Legal, Finance, Construction) to build consensus for high-impact disruptions and manage vendor/partner service roadmaps.
