The Marcom Interactive Experiences organization creates simple and magical digital experiences that help customers across their shopping journey. The Commerce Apps team, within Interactive Experiences, bridges the gap between design and technology to deliver Apple's most personalized Retail digital products and features across our iOS apps and third-party platform partnerships on a global scale. Description The Senior Producer is a strategic role that bridges creative and technical worlds, shaping how vision comes to life, influencing the path forward, and turning ambition into reality through aligned, effective execution. Collaborating closely with Creative teams, Business partners, and Engineering, this role transforms the customer experience, enables successful launches of new functionality, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Oversee Creative development of new products and features and collaborate with partners from Retail, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Human Interface Design to improve the customer experience and evolve platform and program strategy. Manage complex programs, resources, schedules, and priorities across various work streams, with a focus on AI and conversational commerce. Ensure programs and projects are produced on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives in a continuously evolving, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Partner and negotiate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define priorities, align schedules, streamline approvals, and drive effective decision-making. Lead cross-functional meetings and reviews, meticulously document key decisions and action items, and proactively communicate results and next steps to stakeholders. Manage, facilitate, and document the daily activities and responsibilities of the Creative team, ensuring a smooth workflow, seamless execution, and ongoing process refinement. Proactively identify risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, taking decisive action to mitigate potential issues and manage partner and stakeholder expectations effectively. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of seven years of experience leading the production of digital products and iOS applications on a global scale. A track record of close collaboration with creative teams, actively contributing to and representing their work. Experience driving strategic requirements and resolving technical challenges with cross-functional teams against multi-year roadmaps. Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and competing priorities across high profile work streams. Preferred Qualifications Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Distills and articulates business strategy to the project team, and advocates for the customer experience. Builds influence and strong cross-functional partnerships, and fosters collaboration across all levels and disciplines. Delivers results against tight deadlines and is comfortable defining new process to support evolving work streams. Optimizes how the team works, so they are effective, efficient, and have the ability to adapt to meet production and business needs. Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail. Identifies critical path and dependencies to drive projects forward and ensure quality execution and implementation. Possesses a deep understanding of system design and user experience principles. Experience building AI, ML, SaaS, or platform products. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
