Engineering Manager

Ventura Manufacturing company seeks an Engineering Manager. Min. 8+ years experience in such a role and must have a degree. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for cost estimating, ERP BOM and router accuracy, product documentation, manufacturing engineering, and application support. This role drives operational excellence by ensuring robust work instructions, production tooling, and drawing control while supporting customer engagements, supplier visits, and cross functional project initiatives.
