Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
6 Years- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, reliability engineering, or process engineering 6 Years
- Experience in position or related leadership role 6 Years
- Experience managing people and projects

Preferred Qualifications:
10+ Years- Experience in manufacturing or high-speed production environment 10+ Years
- Experience in engineering, reliability, process engineering, or continuous improvement leadership 10+ Years
