Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Maintain compliance with
AS9100, ISO
9001, IPC, ESD, and customer requirements. Lead root cause investigations (RCCA/CAPA) and implement corrective actions. Monitor and improve quality performance, KPIs, and manufacturing processes. Support customer, supplier, and regulatory audits. Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S, SPC, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare quality reports and present findings to management and customers. Train and mentor quality, manufacturing, and engineering personnel. Qualifications & Expertise 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience in high-reliability manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of
AS9100, ISO 9001, IPC
standards, ESD controls, and military specifications. Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, SPC, RCCA, CAPA, Pareto Analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent technical writing, reporting, presentation, and communication skills. Proficient in ERP/MRP systems. ASQ certification preferred. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience mentoring teams and supporting organizational growth initiatives.
