Project Executive
LOCATION
Denver, CO No Remote TYPE Direct Hire ID MD69-2751794 POSTED May 21, 2026 Project Executive | Denver, CO LOCAL
CANDIDATES ONLY TO DENVER, CO
The Blueprint for Our Future in the Mile High City. This isn't just another seat at the table—it's an invitation to build the table itself. We are seeking a visionary Project Executive to spearhead our expansion into the Denver market. Reporting directly to the President, you will be the architectural force behind our regional growth, transforming corporate strategy into a high-performing, profitable division. If you are a seasoned construction leader with the grit of a site super and the polish of a corporate strategist, we want to talk.
The Role:
Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence As the Project Executive, you are the bridge between big-picture ambition and ground-level execution. You will own the P&L, curate a world-class team, and instill our core values into every square foot we build.
Key Responsibilities:
Visionary Growth:
  • Establish and execute short-term wins and long-range (3-5 year) divisional goals that align with our national trajectory.
  • Financial Stewardship:
Develop and monitor divisional budgets, oversee margin analysis, and dive deep into monthly cost reports to ensure the division remains a profit engine.
  • Team Architecture:
Plan, staff, and mentor a high-energy team. You aren't just managing people; you're developing the next generation of industry leaders.
Market Influence:
Act as the face of the division. You'll build high-stakes industry relationships, assist in business development, and partner with the estimating team to win complex, high-profile bids.
Operational Innovation:
Implement cutting-edge methodologies and technologies to keep us competitive in an evolving landscape.
  • Culture & Safety:
Champion a culture where safety is non-negotiable and our company values are the heartbeat of every project.
The Profile:
Experience Meets Ambition We are looking for a rare blend of technical mastery and sophisticated leadership.
What You Bring:
  • The Pedigree:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • The Track Record:
15+ years of progressively responsible construction experience. You've mastered estimating, project management, scheduling, and cost control.
  • The Strategic Lens:
You can interpret complex architectural plans and legal documents as easily as you can forecast a 5-year financial roadmap.
  • The "It"
Factor:
High energy, exceptional communication skills, and the poise to lead under high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios. •
The Network:
A proven ability to navigate the Denver construction landscape and build lasting stakeholder trust. Why This Opportunity? This is a "legacy-building" role. You are not just maintaining a division; you are founding a presence in a premier market with the full backing of an established, growing organization. "We don't just build structures; we build teams that redefine the skyline."
