Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience / combined education
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus a

US Citizen Desired Skills:

• Experience in project management principals
• Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule and technical scope
• Demonstrated behaviors of system thinker, selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change
• Experience throughout engineering lifecycle
• Missile or space segment design and test experience
• Experience in Business Rhythm creation and management

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500

• $150,765.
