Join Our Team as an Avionics Project Engineer where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product as an Integrated Product (IPT) Team Lead and Control Account Manager (CAM).Location:

Raptor Avionics, is a hardware design group. We support multiple projects and programs with circuit board design and analysis. Key activities you will accomplish in this role: Manage Microsoft projects, including stakeholder engagement, resource optimization, communication, and quality control. Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial KPIs for month-end activities, including SPI, CPI, ETC, EAC, BAC, and variance updates. Conduct thorough reviews of contractual documents such as SOW, technical specifications, RFPs, and change orders to ensure scope compliance and adequacy. Deliver weekly verbal and written status reports, highlighting project milestones and progress. Manage cross-functional discipline through full project lifecycle management, from proposal phase to delivery, adhering to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Proactively address supply chain challenges by implementing strategic solutions. Coordinate weekly execution meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary collaboration. Foster strong, lasting relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to promote collaborative partnerships. To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in avionics project management A Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline. 3+ years of professional experience. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
