This role will oversee the AI&T operations across Longmont, Colorado, Harbor City, California, and Houston, Texas. They will align processes, resources, and performance to achieve program objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide regional leadership across multiple test functions, establishing organizational structure, resources alignment, and operating requirements that enable consistent and scalable test execution across Assembly, Integration, and Test activities. Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, including fostering technical leadership and capability development, continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Manage personnel and equipment resources ensuring programmatic coverage and success are met. Strategically advise and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align test capabilities with program objectives, business priorities, and long-term growth initiatives Own the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing and troubleshooting strategies, processes, and infrastructure to support evolving product, system, and customer and compliance requirements. Establish and standardize test frameworks, procedures, and performance benchmarks. Ensure effective planning, prioritization, and execution of projects, balancing schedule, cost, and technical requirements while proactively managing risks and resolving constraints. Drive cross-functional integration by serving as a key liaison between test engineering, design, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams. Ensure technical rigor in test execution and data analysis, including oversight of issue resolution, data integrity, and validation of results against customer specifications. Support business operations through participation in design reviews, customer engagements, proposal development, and production support activities. Champion data-driven decision-making, enabling efficient data processing, reporting, and insight generation to improve performance and inform strategy. Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance by supporting audits, reviews, and deliverables, maintaining alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field 8+ years of experience in assembly, integration, and test within aerospace, defense, or C5ISR domains 5+ years of leadership experience Familiarity with communication systems and RF/microwave components Familiarity with environmental test methods, systems, and equipment Good bookkeeping and data management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Ability to provide team mentorship and guidance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide appropriate documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by applicable law. Must qualify as a "U.S." Persons as defined in 22 CFR § 120.62 under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in order to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations. Must be able to successfully complete a drug screening in accordance with the Company's drug testing policy and applicable law. Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check in accordance with the Company's screening policy and applicable law. Vitesse Systems, LLC performs work controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These statutes require the protection of technical data and products. The regulations require that such data not be disclosed in written, oral, or visual form to any foreign national without prior export authorization from the Department of State.
