Industrial Manufacturing Location:
Louisville D001/#3364ST An experienced Electrical Manager is needed to lead and oversee electrical operations within a manufacturing environment supporting industrial power and energy-related projects. This role is responsible for supervising electrical teams, ensuring safe and high-quality work, and driving production efficiency from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage electrical technicians, including hiring support and performance development. Oversee installation, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems. Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and quality requirements. Monitor production progress, coordinate inspections, and support scheduling and workflow planning. Promote and enforce safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
4+ years of supervisory experience in industrial electrical work. Strong knowledge of high-voltage AC and low-voltage DC systems. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and ladder logic. Familiarity with electrical codes and safe work practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment preferred.
