Full-time About the Opportunity We are partnered with a well-established, privately held heavy civil contractor specializing in complex environmental construction projects across water and wastewater infrastructure. This organization has decades of experience delivering high-quality public and private projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and large-scale utility upgrades. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Civil Project Manager with strong experience in heavy civil and wastewater to lead critical infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle project execution for heavy civil and water/wastewater construction projects Manage budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and contract requirements Conduct site visits, resolve field issues, and drive project progress Participate in preconstruction, constructability reviews, and value engineering Qualifications 5-15+ years of experience in heavy civil construction Strong experience with water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or underground utilities Proven track record managing projects from preconstruction through close-out Solid understanding of: Concrete structures, earthwork, piping, and process systems Construction sequencing and means & methods Experience working with municipal/public works projects Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
