Salary Rate:
$130,000•$170,000 (salary depends on experience) A leading electrical construction and industrial services contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. The senior project manager will be responsible for overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of electrical construction projects Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure alignment and accountability Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations Build and sustain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively Support business development efforts through estimating, proposals, and client engagement Qualifications 8+ years of project management experience in electrical construction (mission-critical experience preferred) Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field operations Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment PMP certification or relevant technical degree preferred Candidates who fill out the skills and questions move to the front of the application process!
