Key Responsibilities Leading development teams in a new product development environment Ensure project performance and execution Managing customer relationships Schedule and milestone development/management Understand technology employed on various programs Develop program/project cost estimates Baseline development Program/project metric development and reporting Variance analysis Risk and opportunity development and management Manage supplier relationships Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required, Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 5 plus years in a related field 2 plus years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
