Role OverviewThe Engineering Manager will oversee planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across municipal, utility, and regional clients. This leader will guide a team of engineers and technical specialists, ensuring technical quality, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence.
Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and technical quality for water and wastewater projects.
Support business development efforts, including proposal strategy, client engagement, and scope development.
Provide technical oversight on planning, modeling, design, and construction-phase engineering services.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Minimum QualificationsValid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required).Minimum of 7 years of relevant engineering experience in water and/or wastewater infrastructure.
Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and client relationships.
Demonstrated expertise delivering municipal and utility water/wastewater projects.
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of Florida regulatory frameworks and design standards.
