Sr Project Manager - Civil Engineering

We're looking for a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to join a collaborative and growing team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on a wide range of land development projects while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the design and permitting ofmercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments for both public and private clients
Partner with leadership to help drive team growth, project success, and staff utilization
Play an active role in business development — building new client relationships and maintaining strong partnerships with existing ones
Oversee all aspects of site/civil design, including:
Site layout
Grading
Drainage
Infrastructure
Erosion & sediment control
Manage projects from early concept through final construction
Lead stormwater management design, including hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and SWPPP preparation
Collaborate across disciplines, integrating geotechnical and environmental considerations into project designs
Jump in w needed — this is a team-oriented role with a lot of variety
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of site/civil experience, especially in land development (both small and large projects)
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license / Will consider candidates with an EIT
Strong experience with:
Site design and layout
Grading and drainage
Infrastructure design
Erosion and sediment control
Confidence in managing client relationships and project delivery
Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
Experience with technical writing and proposals
Strongmunication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Active involvement in professionalanizations is a plus #INDE
