$125,000•$160,000 A leading South Florida design-build mechanical contractor-recognized for delivering complex HVAC systems across healthcare, institutional, commercial, and laboratory environments-is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its high-performance team. Key Responsibilities Lead full project lifecycle: preconstruction, design-assist coordination, construction, commissioning, and closeout Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and work plans Oversee field execution in partnership with superintendents, engineers, and trade partners Ensure compliance with healthcare, institutional, and commercial project requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and GC partners Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and project stakeholders Provide proactive communication on progress, risks, and solutions Lead design-build and design-assist efforts, ensuring alignment between engineering and construction teams Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and technical documentation Coordinate mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and specialized systems for healthcare and laboratory environments Uphold strict quality standards and ensure installations meet project specifications Support QA/QC processes, inspections, and commissioning activities Promote a strong safety culture across all project phases Qualifications 10+ years of experience managing mechanical/HVAC construction projects Proven success delivering complex projects in healthcare, institutional, laboratory, or commercial sectors Strong background in design-build or design-assist project delivery Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Proficiency with project management tools (MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore preferred) Engineering or construction-related degree preferred Candidates who fill out the skills and questions move to the front of the line.
