This is a seller-doer role that combines technical project leadership with business development, leading complex water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through execution while expanding market presence and strengthening client partnerships. It suits an experienced utilities engineering professional with established client relationships in the Fort Myers and Naples region. Schedule Full-time. Compensation $140,000 - $190,000 per year. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. What You'll Do You will manage water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through execution, while developing new business opportunities and preparing proposals and presentations. As a seller-doer, you will balance hands-on project leadership with strategic business development to support regional growth. You will mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate with municipal agencies and stakeholders, and play a key role in expanding the firm's market presence and client partnerships across Southwest Florida.
