M365 Integration Engineer - Onsite#26-06112 Jacksonville, FL Hybrid Contract Starts 7/27/2026 Ends 7/21/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a M365 Integration Engineer for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. As a Senior Desktop Systems Engineer, the successful candidate will be accountable for the design, build, packaging, and deployment of the Office M365 endpoint client. This role is responsible for the Office Professional Plus client's design, build process, packaging methodology, and update mechanisms, requiring extensive technical capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for engineering the M365 Applications and additional Office products and allponents necessary to sustain long term implementation Develop technical documentation for application packaging Focus on both on premise and cloud implementation solutions Partner with internal teams to develop a sustainable patching methodology Develop technical documentation and build strategy for managing ring release processes for Office Professional Plus client Ensure designs ad to allpliance and security requirements Develop and implement a strategy to amodate for macros, add-ins, etc. Take a leadership role in shaping service design direction Partner and mentor with other engineers and consultants to knowledge and experience Work with service and product managers to identify and document service requirements

Requirements:

10+ years relevant industry experience; 5+ years in a financial or highly regulated industries 5+ years of extensive experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 client on premise and cloud technologies Experience implementing services for large enterprises Experience implementing Click to Run capabilities across M365 Applications Extensive knowledge and applied experience with M365 Click-to-run, Flexera Admin Studio with Wise scripting, VBS & PowerShell, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, and Omnissa/VMWare hosted Virtual Desktop environments Detail oriented and quality focused Exceptionalmunication and personal skills, both written, verbal and while presenting to groups Solid understanding of themercial IT market for hardware and software Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolveplex technical issues Self-managed and motivated individual with strong leadership skills Ability to grasp new concepts and quickly adapt to a changing environment Desired skills: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a Technology related field ITIL Certified Agile Practices Interacts well with diverse groups within function and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
