We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager - Derivatives Support Group to join our Fund and Investor Services Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida (4 days in office expectation). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Act as a senior contributor within the Derivatives Support Group, supporting operational delivery, control effectiveness, and client outcomes across derivatives activities Maintain close involvement in day-to-day operational delivery, including oversight of production, review activities, and handling of escalations, ensuring visibility of issues and direct linkage to process improvement efforts Lead complex initiatives across OTC derivatives processes, including trade capture, lifecycle events, reconciliations, and exception management Drive improvements to the operating model, focusing on standardization, scalability, and reduction of manual intervention To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline Strong experience in fund accounting and/or derivatives operations within asset servicing or asset management environments, with a clear understanding of how derivatives activity impacts NAV calculation and financial reporting Deep understanding of OTC derivatives lifecycle events, including trade capture, lifecycle processing, settlements, and reconciliations, with the ability to connect these activities to downstream accounting outcomes Hands-on experience working with fund accounting platforms, with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to InvestOne (FIS) or similar accounting systems
