is seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic multidisciplinary engineering firm. What You'll Do:
Lead the design and development of HVAC systems for diverse, high-profile projects from concept through construction documentation. Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated, code-compliant, and energy-efficient mechanical solutions. Support the development and implementation of internal standards and best practices for the Mechanical Engineering team. Perform quality control reviews, checking the accuracy and completeness of design work across multiple projects. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines, budgets, and client expectations. Utilize Trane Trace for load calculations and system modeling, and leverage Newforma for project document management. What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on HVAC design for building systems. Ensure compliance with Florida Mechanical, Plumbing, and Energy Codes, ASHRAE standards, NFPA, ANSI, and other applicable regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Microsoft Office Suite , and experienced with Trane Trace and Newforma . In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
