Build the Construction Function from the Ground Up This is an opportunity to establish processes, standards, delivery frameworks, and teams that will support a multi-country development platform for years to come. Deliver Infrastructure That Powers the Digital Economy Lead the construction of mission-critical facilities serving hyperscale and neocloud customers, helping to support the next phase of digital growth across Latin America. What You'll Be Doing Lead Construction Delivery Take ownership of construction strategy and execution across all developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Establish Construction Standards Develop scalable construction processes, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and best practices that can be replicated as the platform expands across LATAM. Build and Lead High-Performing Teams Recruit, develop, and manage internal construction resources while overseeing external contractors, consultants, and project delivery partners. Manage Major Stakeholders Work closely with hyperscale customers, contractors, utility providers, consultants, local authorities, investors, and executive leadership teams throughout the project lifecycle. Drive Programme Performance Provide leadership across planning, procurement, scheduling, risk management, commissioning readiness, and project controls to ensure successful delivery outcomes. Support Platform Expansion Play a key role in evaluating new markets, supporting development activities, and ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into future projects as the regional portfolio grows. What We're Looking For Extensive leadership experience delivering large-scale data center, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects. Proven track record managing complex construction programmes from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. Strong understanding of data center delivery environments, including hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical facilities. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects and geographic regions. Demonstrated ability to manage EPC contractors, construction managers, consultants, and supply chain partners. Strong commercial, contractual, and risk management expertise. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging executive leadership teams, customers, investors, and delivery partners. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications are advantageous. Location & Travel The successful candidate will initially be based in Miami, working closely with the executive leadership team and supporting project activities in Panama. Regular travel across Panama and the wider LATAM region will be required, with relocation expected as the platform continues to scale.
