You will be the Senior Subcontract Manager for the team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge Air Dominance capabilities. What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Subcontract Manager you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical components on the Air Dominance program and driving supply-chain excellence across multiple Integrated Product Teams. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage mechanical components lifecycle for a high-complexity (4/5) Air Dominance program. Lead global supply-chain scope for multiple IPTs, coordinating parts and supplier activities. Maintain Integrated Operations Plans (IOP), track metrics, and ensure performance visibility. Facilitate recurring supplier meetings and drive continuous improvement. Prepare and deliver program-level briefings to senior leadership. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.Basic Qualifications:
- Supplier and IOP management experience,
- Windchill and/or basic engineering knowledge,
- Ability to work cross-functionally,
- Strong communication skill,
- Ability to multi task and prioritize in a high operational tempo environment
Desired Skills:
- SAP experience
- IPT experience
- GD&T knowledge
- Mechanical/manufacturing engineering experience
- High level communicator/briefer

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
