Service Planner

Overview:

PTS Advance is seeking Area / Service Planning Technicians to support local Florida utility clients in the Plant City area. These individuals will play a key role in planning and coordinating new or upgraded electrical service for residential customers. This is a highly customer-facing, field-based role ideal for candidates with utility, co-op, or design engineering experience who arefortable working directly with homeowners, electricians, and internal utility teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform area and service planning for residential electrical service requests Meet directly with homeowners and electricians to assess service needs and site conditions Develop and coordinate plans for new service installations, upgrades, or modifications Manage a weekly workload of service requests (typically 8-10 locations) Utilize field time and mobile resources (take-home truck) toplete site visits and planning activities Collaborate with utility teams to ensure accurate and timely execution Provide excellent customer service and clearmunication throughout the planning process Ensure all work aligns with utility standards, safety requirements, and local regulations

Qualifications:

Experience in utility service planning, area planning, or design engineering preferred Background with utilities is highly desirable Strong customer-facing experience andmunication skills Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Comfortable managing a schedule and traveling locally to multiple sites daily Valid driver's license pany vehicle / take-home truck provided)

Preferred Experience:

Kledge of residential electrical service design and installation Familiarity with utility standards and service requirements Experience working directly with electricians, builders, or homeowners

Work Environment:

Based out of office in Plant City, FL Field-based role with daily site visits (typically 1-2 hours in the field per day) Take-home truck provided Weekly schedule driven by assigned service requests Service Planner Planner/ Scheduler
