Join Us in Building Something Meaningful At Creek Engineering, we're not just another engineering firm — we're a mission-driven Creek Crew committed to educating our community and serving as responsible stewards of construction and the Florida environment since 2002. We're looking for a Director of Engineering who wants to grow with us as a key member of our leadership team. This isn't a role where you'll simply manage projects — you'll have a real voice in shaping the future of our firm, including implementing new benefits packages and company profit initiatives currently being developed by the Board. As many legacy engineering firms in our region retire or sell to national and private equity firms, their profits are increasingly sent out of Southwest Florida to distant shareholders. We believe there's a better way. At Creek, we're committed to building a strong, independent, locally-owned firm that creates lasting stories, keeps wealth in our communities, and directly benefits the families and people who live and work here. If you're a driven, forward-thinking leader who sees the opportunity to make a lasting impact in Southwest Florida, this is your chance to help us stand out for the right reasons — technical excellence, personal service, integrity, and genuine community stewardship. While much of our industry shifts toward impersonal corporate structures, we're doubling down on building something exceptional that our clients, crew, and neighbors can be proud of for generations. We want someone hungry to participate in growing a company that puts people and place first. Together, we'll continue serving our clients exceptionally while creating a firm where great people thrive and our communities prosper. If you're excited about shaping the next chapter of Creek Engineering and making a visible difference right here in Southwest Florida, we'd love to talk. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
