Typical projects involve site/civil design for public, institutional, commercial and industrial site development, and capital improvement projects. Responsibilities Project Manager responsible for client relationship management. Site/civil development including grading design, roadway design, storm water management systems design, and erosion and sediment control design, using Civil 3D. Preparation of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets. Collaborating and managing design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans. May also conduct code research, write specifications, and other project specific tasks. Supervise, train, and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing technical guidance and delegating work effectively. Ensure projects meet all local, state, and federal codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Coordinate with agency staff and manage the submittal and permitting process. Assist with site plan approvals in the area. Complete construction cost estimating. Required Skills & Required Experience B.S. in Civil Engineering required; 5+ years or more experience directly related to the design and execution of Land Development Projects required. Florida PE required. Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft office is required Knowledge of ICPR4/Stormwise preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to communicate effectively with clients. Don't meet every single requirement?
