This role is intended for a qualified electrical construction professional who can step into active commercial projects, quickly assess project status, organize priorities, support field coordination, and help manage schedules, change orders, documentation, billing readiness, and project cost control. This may be structured as part-time, full-time contract, or contract-to-hire depending on the candidate's availability and company needs. Responsibilities Review active project status and identify immediate priorities Manage or support assigned commercial electrical projects Coordinate with foremen, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members Review drawings, scopes, schedules, contracts, and project documentation Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement items, material issues, and closeout requirements Monitor labor, material costs, schedule concerns, and project profitability Support project billing readiness and documentation Attend project meetings as assigned Provide clear weekly project status updates Help organize project files, logs, and communication Identify project risks and decisions needed from leadership Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has: Strong experience managing commercial electrical construction projects Ability to quickly evaluate project status and bring structure to active jobs Strong knowledge of change orders, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project cost control Ability to communicate effectively with field crews, GCs, vendors, and office staff Experience supporting billing, closeout, procurement, and project documentation Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Contract Structure This role may be structured as: Contract Fractional / part-time Full-time contract Contract-to-hire Permanent full-time for the right candidate Benefits - (Permanent Full-Time) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Compensation will be based on experience, availability, and scope of work.
Compensation Expected range:
