Job Description
Southern Electric is a well-established commercial electrical contractor based in Alpharetta, GA. They're hiring APMs and PMs to manage commercial projects across metro Atlanta. Projects range from $500K - $5M, with most falling in the $1M - $3M range. All work stays within a 50-mile radius. You're home every night. Compensation ranges from $80,000 - $100,000+ with a bonus, vehicle allowance, gas card, and full benefits. What You'll Do Own full project delivery: budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction Build budgets, schedules, and subcontracts during preconstruction Manage daily field operations, communication, and problem-solving Oversee financials, documentation, and team performance throughout the job Lead closeout including punch list, as-builts, and final billing Collaborate with Superintendents, Estimators, and Executives to drive projects forward What You'll Need 5 years of experience in electrical construction, including 2+ years in field supervision Experience on commercial or multifamily projects Experience leading crews on commercial ground-up electrical work (not service or maintenance) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license; ability to pass a drug screen OSHA 30 preferred (company will sponsor if needed) Compensation & Benefits $80,000 - $100,000+ base salary, depending on experience Annual performance bonus $500/month vehicle allowance + company gas card Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with up to 5% company match Paid time off Why This Role Local work only.
