$120,000 - $140,000 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee commercial & industrial electrical construction projects from inception through completion. This role ensures all assigned projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards and strong client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical construction projects from inception to closeout Perform and understand hands-on electrical work to support project needs and ensure technical accuracy Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, and resources to achieve timely and cost-effective execution Review blueprints, specifications, and contracts to confirm scope and project requirements Supervise and support field teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and strict safety compliance (minimum 5+ years management experience required) Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project flow Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards Identify potential risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays Track project progress, document milestones, and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders Build and maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and repeat business Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with scope and quality expectations Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams Ensure full compliance with all codes, safety requirements, and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training, engineering degree, or electrical certification preferred 5+ years of electrical construction experience Experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects preferred Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively
