Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or Piping systems to lead and manage Commercial Construction projects from initiation through completion. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for assessing project requirements, estimating costs, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site execution. Additionally, you will ensure that projects are completed with all quality standards and regulatory requirements. It is preferred that applicants have at least 5 years experience in Mechanical Project Management ; have successfully earned a 4-year Bachelor's Degree ; hold a certificate as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
