As the Director of Engineering, you will oversee a dynamic team and be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all engineering operations. Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize engineering operations and enhance overall efficiency. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation of the property's infrastructure and systems. Manage the engineering team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to drive excellence. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering services. Implement sustainable and eco-friendly initiatives to promote energy conservation. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and exceptional service delivery.Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Director or Assistant Director required Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-5 years Refrigeration, HVAC certification Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, life safety systems, preventative maintenance systems etc Budget management, cost control and financial responsibility experience with stationary engineering licensed preferred Valid Driver's license Ability to communicate effectively with public and otherTeam Members Benefits:
