Job Description

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations and requirements. Works closely with reports, cross-functional teams, to develop, implement and maintain quality management systems, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations & product specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence and optimize processes. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and optimize processes. Collaborate with production to develop and deliver quality training programs for employees to ensure understanding of quality standards and procedures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics and drive performance improvements. Stay current on industry trends, developments, and best practices in quality management.
Qualifications:
Degree or certification in similar engineering, quality management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of Experience in quality management roles within a production setting. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards). Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems. Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
