Job Summary Accountable for achieving the strategic growth objectives of DZMG in the area of GOCO Munitions. Full P&L responsibility for American Ordnance LLC responsible for financial performance and attainment of revenue and net contribution goals and driving a strong safety culture and robust customer relationships. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for American Ordnance LLC, coordinating with Day & Zimmermann goals and standards. Develop long-range objectives and business plans that fit the company values and risk profiles. 30% Maintain key customer relationships within the US government and the defense industry. Represents the Company in the Burlington, Iowa and Miland, Tennessee regional communities and promotes the Company's good will and interest in community activities. 30% Direct all division functions including sales, operations, engineering, quality and safety to drive operational excellence and innovation. 30% Partner with head of VP, D&Z Operations;
