Work closely with Global Operations teams to avoid or mitigate operations-related risks and issues. Produce and publish a build-plan for Manufacturing NPI (New Product Introduction) teams to execute. As needed, collaborate with PDT (Product Development Team) on product specific issues and escalations. Work closely with Fab NPI Business process owner, Transfer managers to pilot next technology at Front End Manufacturing sites. Develop and report performance metrics for continuous improvement. Find opportunities to continuously improve NPI business processes or tools, Drive consensus around the need for change and drive project through to completion. Partner with all MFG sites to capture and fan out NPI BKMs. Traveling to manufacturing sites for vital for face-to-face engagement. 10% travel is required. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
