(•Comscore, Total Visits, March 2025) Day to Day In this role, you will manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs, managing timelines, scope, and interdependencies with minimal oversight. You will partner with business owners and sponsors to define priorities, success criteria, roadmaps, and milestones, ensuring alignment from planning through execution. You will drive high-quality delivery, focusing leadership attention on strategic blockers rather than tactical tasks, while thoughtfully integrating AI to improve scalability, consistency, and outcomes across programs. You will maintain comprehensive and accurate program documentation accessible to key partners, proactively anticipate and mitigate risks by assessing cross-program dependencies, and develop forward-looking plans to address potential challenges. You will also provide clear, timely reporting aligned to the expectations of business partners, owners, and sponsors to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Responsibilities + Orchestrate program planning and delivery across functions; align priorities, resources, and trade-offs to business strategy. + Build consensus and secure buy-in autonomously; facilitate decision-making with data-backed options and implications. + Identify, evaluate, and recommend systemic/process improvements; implement innovative, sustainable solutions. + Establish risk, issue, and dependency management mechanisms; drive mitigations through closure with accountable owners and timelines. + Ensure documentation quality (charters, plans, RACI, decision/risk logs) and accessibility across teams; uphold audit readiness. + Integrate AI/automation opportunities into program work; measure impact on efficiency, quality, and scalability. + Deliver outcomes that advance business priorities; maintain alignment between strategy and execution across workstreams. Skills/Competencies + Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience. +
