Job Description

Are you an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager looking for a new opportunity?

Responsibilities
  • Manage teams on low voltage projects, including structured cabling systems, terminating and testing fiber and copper cables, troubleshooting fiber lines, installing wireless door access points, security camera installations, and more
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring job safety and completion
  • Collaborate with upper management and Senior Superintendents to ensure project success
  • Develop and build strong teams for each project, delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Drive division profitability through effective project execution
  • Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability goals
  • Review contractual requirements for all projects and specific process design methodologies as needed
  • Ensure schedule requirements are met, adjusting priorities and milestones based on changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements
  • Interact with customers to validate expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project review processes with a focus on financial forecasting
  • Ensure high-quality engineering, studies, and project delivery
  • Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing low voltage electrical projects
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects
  • Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio
  • Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
