Responsibilities
- Manage teams on low voltage projects, including structured cabling systems, terminating and testing fiber and copper cables, troubleshooting fiber lines, installing wireless door access points, security camera installations, and more
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring job safety and completion
- Collaborate with upper management and Senior Superintendents to ensure project success
- Develop and build strong teams for each project, delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Drive division profitability through effective project execution
- Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability goals
- Review contractual requirements for all projects and specific process design methodologies as needed
- Ensure schedule requirements are met, adjusting priorities and milestones based on changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements
- Interact with customers to validate expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project review processes with a focus on financial forecasting
- Ensure high-quality engineering, studies, and project delivery
- Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes.
- 5+ years of experience in managing low voltage electrical projects
- Proven ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects
- Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio
- Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
