Established in 2007, Boise Hunter Homes is the largest luxury home builder in Idaho, developing unique communities from the Boise riverfront to the Eagle foothills. We are a family-owned company whose dedication to providing the highest level of service to our buyers is unmatched. Boise Hunter Homes has developed and constructed large portions of Harris Ranch in East Boise, and we own a group of commercial parcels associated with our master planned community in North Eagle - Dry Creek Ranch. This role is an incredibly unique opportunity to start and lead a Commercial Division for Boise Hunter Homes. You will be responsible for identifying the vision for retail components, hiring consultants, interacting with associated agencies & political leaders, managing the construction, and executing the leasing and sales for the commercial buildings, parcels, etc. We are looking to hire a who can take commercial projects from cradle to grave and will report directly to ownership.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Help develop the vision for commercial parcels owned by the Company Manage the completion of projects assigned in the commercial and potentially multifamily sector Prepare projected construction schedules; implement, maintain, and update as needed Request proposals, prepare and solicit bids, negotiate, award and contract for related contractors. Schedule and conduct contract and scope of work briefing meetings Manage day-to-day field operations and project start up Schedule and participate in municipal inspections to achieve final acceptance of improvements to include obtaining final sign off letters and bond exonerations for construction Create and maintain project budgets through completion Provide regular project updates related to budgets, schedules, feasibility, and other related tasks to ownership Source tenants, manage lease ups and execute sales at the direction of the Company for all commercial properties associated
Requirements & Qualifications:
Commercial brokerage relationships are a plus Strong local agency (ACHD & Treasure Valley municipalities) and industry relationships required Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering design plans and project specifications High level business acumen and leadership ability Ability to drive multiple projects from concept through completion, simultaneously Self-Starter who wants to produce quality product, perform at a high level and grow in their career
