The applicant should have managerial skills, the abiltiy to review plans and practical experience for our McCall and Boise, Idaho projects. Depending on the level of experience of the applicant, we may also consider allowing the candidate to work mainly from our Boise office. The Position Involves :

Civil Engineering design and supervision of design for various project types such as but will not be limited to:

• Public works infrastructure including transportation facilities, water and sewer systems, storm drainage and water quality treatment systems
• Ski areas, golf courses, and water related recreation facilities
• Residential and commercial land development
• Institutional development such as schools, fire stations and corporation yards
• Water shed/wetland restoration/enhancement
• Hydraulic/hydraulic analysis
• SWPPP preparation/oversight and monitoring
• Supervisory and/or Management role over Staff and Project Engineers
• Construction Observation and the writing of reports, including record drawings
• Extensive AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience
• Management of projects involving multiple consultants and Crestline employees
• Establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and government agencies

Licensed Professional Engineer Required Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and professional engineer registration in Idaho or the ability to obtain your Idaho PE by reciprocity (required).
• Proficient in usage of AutoCAD Civil 3D and related extensions/platforms (4 years required)
• 4 - 6 + years of related work experience plus Management experience
• Competency with the preparation of technical reports and studies
• Ability to prepare civil construction drawings
• Strong listening, oral communication and writing skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• An advanced degree
• Experience working in and living in mountain environments
• Experience working in environmentally sensitive settings
• Background in municipal infrastructure
• Background in survey Work authorization:
• United States (required)
