Job Details Why this job is important Partnerships are central to how Kantar delivers connected intelligence to clients in an increasingly complex data and media landscape. This role will define how we collaborate externally to unlock greater value from our data, insights and technology. As VP of Partnerships, you will shape a global ecosystem that accelerates innovation, expands our commercial reach and strengthens our position as a leader in marketing data and analytics. What you'll be doing Design and deliver a global partnership strategy that strengthens Kantar's position across data, media and technology Identify, negotiate and secure high-value partnerships with leading platforms, media owners and data providers Build commercially robust partnership models that go beyond referrals to drive measurable revenue and product impact Hire, lead and develop a high-performing global partnerships team Partner with Product, Research and Data Science teams to ensure partnerships drive innovation and client value Advise senior leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging partnership opportunities The ideal skills and experience Extensive experience in partnerships, or senior commercial roles within data, SaaS or marketing services Proven track record of securing complex, multi-year commercial agreements with global organisations Strong leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams Deep understanding of how data, insights and technology combine to drive client outcomes Ability to operate strategically while also leading negotiations and execution in complex deal environments What's in it for you A senior leadership role with global influence and high visibility The opportunity to shape a critical growth capability from the ground up Work with leading global clients, platforms and partners Exposure to cutting-edge innovation across data, analytics and AI A collaborative environment with opportunities to grow, lead and make a meaningful impact At Kantar, we go beyond the obvious, using intelligence, passion, and creativity to inspire new thinking and shape the world we live in. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
