Engineering Supervisor

Engineering Manager leading agricultural product development projects through team supervision, Creo-based design work, and cross-functional engineering support.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of industry experience Project management experience leading projects and engineering activities Proficiency with Creo design software Experience designing products, not only supervising engineering work Working knowledge of manufacturing processes Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills:

Agricultural equipment industry experience Technical knowledge of agricultural equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience operating department-related tools and equipment

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and provide direction to the engineering team Conduct performance evaluations and develop training plans for team members Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budget requirements Collaborate with other departments to support new product introductions Provide technical expertise and support for complex engineering challenges Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies Serve as a liaison between engineering and other departments including Production, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing Communicate project updates, changes, and status reports to management and stakeholders Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address project needs and resolve issues Support 5S + 1 initiatives Perform other assigned duties

Pay:
