Job Description:

Product Launch Manager We are partnering with an innovative and growing manufacturer in the LED lighting and electronics space to identify a highly organized and technically minded Product Launch Manager to lead cross-functional product initiatives from concept through commercialization. This role serves as the key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations - ensuring new products are launched successfully, timelines stay on track, and communication remains aligned across all teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, technically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage new product launches from development through go-to-market execution Serve as the primary bridge between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations Drive project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and accountability across departments Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements and launch schedules are aligned Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to support successful product rollouts and readiness Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies while proactively driving solutions Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Facilitate recurring project meetings and provide updates to leadership on progress and timelines Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting, and tracking systems Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product launch processes and operational execution

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience within the electronics, manufacturing, or LED lighting industry Proven track record of successfully launching new products Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams Experience managing cross-functional projects from start to finish Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms preferred Local to the Niles, IL area and comfortable working onsite full-time
