8am•4:30pm Remote Corporate Position Pay Range $63.45•$95.20 Major Responsibilities Provides Enterprise oversight and vision for the Medical Equipment Planning Team. Owns responsibility for team development and growth, coordinating daily operations, and ensures customer and project needs are met. Develops and maintains an Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Enterprise PDC, IT, and Facilities Leadership to provide consistent deliverables, inclusive of maintenance of the Support Service Project Responsibility Matrix. Owns project tracking metrics and relative Power BI KRA Dashboards to ensure visibility to Advocate leadership and customers. Develops, monitors, and controls monthly department expenditures. Provides a monthly assessment on budget to actual expenditures and develops corrective actions to address negative variances. Leads the continuous improvement process, including ongoing meetings with Sr. Equipment Planners to review and document needs and resources. Ensures work instructions and job aids are updated, training has occurred, and teammates are adhering. Continuously rounds with Enterprise PDC, IT, and Facilities Leadership to ensure visibility to upcoming work, improve relationships and interdepartmental processes, and review KRA's. Responsible for ongoing relationship with project partners, inclusive of supporting contracting activities, invoice issues, and QBR's with outsourced planning firms and 3PL's. Provides Enterprise vision for technology utilized by team. Reviews current platforms and determines strategy during product selection and contract renewals. Reviews and approves Capital Requisitions in Advocate's ERP to ensure adherence to equipment contracts and standards. Supports the AVP of Capital in preparation of Enterprise level documents and reports. Participates in Enterprise level meetings on behalf of the AVP when required. Reviews and approves project deliverables that will be presented to Senior Advocate Leadership at the Enterprise Capital Advisory Board (ECAB). Continuously connecting with the Capital Procurement team and Capital AP to ensure project invoices are paid within contract terms. Oversees the review and approval of outsourced equipment planning firms and 3PL with PDC and Contracting for onboarding new partners. Minimum Job Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree•Architecture/Engineering, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Engineering, or related field Certification / Registration / License N/A Experience 7 years of experience in medical equipment planning or related experience in medical biomedical engineering, supply chain management, or architectural medical planning. Includes 5 years of supervisory experience in the management of staff, budgets and technology equipment planning projects. Extensive knowledge of medical equipment including appropriate use and allocation for clinical uses. Knowledge of clinical and healthcare department functions. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

Proficiency in Attainia or other equipment planning software. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions This position requires minimal travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions. Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job. Exposed to a normal office environment.
