Job Description:

Support continuous improvement projects focused on throughput, efficiency, and waste reduction. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and standardization efforts Analyze manufacturing processes to reduce scrap and downtime All other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Education Pursuing a Bachelors degree fulltime in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or related engineering field. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Available to work 40 hours each week. Graduation date of December 2027 or later. CAD 3-D modeling experience preferred. Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
