$170,000•$200,000 per year Job Details•Key Responsibilities Lead business development efforts and expand client relationships within Indiana's transportation and municipal markets. Develop and maintain partnerships with INDOT, municipalities, counties, MPOs, utilities, and other public-sector stakeholders. Drive pursuit strategies, proposal development, interviews, and project capture efforts. Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of transportation and municipal infrastructure projects, including roadway, utility, stormwater, and site development improvements. Provide technical leadership, quality oversight, and strategic guidance to project teams. Mentor engineering staff and support professional development initiatives. Assist with resource planning, project forecasting, staffing, and proposal budgeting. Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations while identifying opportunities for continued growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Indiana PE preferred or ability to obtain within six months. 10+ years of experience in transportation, municipal, or civil infrastructure engineering. Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and project leadership. Experience working with INDOT, municipalities, or other public-sector clients preferred. Strong understanding of transportation, roadway, utility, stormwater, and municipal infrastructure design. Experience reviewing engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents. Proficiency with Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar design software. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A bit about us:
