Job Description

Overview We are seeking an Architect to support and lead projects across a diverse portfolio including bio-life sciences, education, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. This role involves managing project production, working directly with clients, and coordinating internal teams to ensure successful project delivery from concept through construction. Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Managers, Principals, and internal teams throughout all phases of a project Lead the execution of both renovation and new construction projects Work directly with clients to define scope, assess needs, and develop design and technical solutions Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities Develop, modify, and review drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety standards, and industry requirements Conduct site visits, field surveys, and inspections to gather data and verify conditions Identify and resolve design and construction issues as they arise Support and mentor junior team members Maintain coordination between architecture, engineering, and design disciplines Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture Licensed Architect (Indiana preferred) or minimum of 6 years of relevant experience At least 5 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and/or healthcare projects Experience preparing construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Additional Requirements Ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional overnight travel Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation for site visits Get job alerts Share Copied to clipboard Related roles Sr. Estimator (Federal Construction)
