Manage facility infrastructure projects including power distribution systems, substations, switchgear, transformers, and utility upgrades. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts. Coordinate engineering firms, contractors, utility providers, and internal stakeholders. Oversee construction activities, safety compliance, quality standards, and project execution. Review electrical designs and ensure compliance with applicable codes and industry standards. Provide project updates, cost tracking, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing capital projects. Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, including medium- and low-voltage infrastructure. Experience with substations, switchgear, transformers, generators, or similar facility systems. Proven ability to manage contractors, engineering partners, budgets, and schedules. Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and OSHA standards. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across multiple teams. PE license and experience in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy-process environments are a plus. Ability to travel approximately 25%. Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
