This opportunity is ideal for a leader who combines strong manufacturing engineering expertise with the ability to elevate team performance, drive accountability, process improvement, and influence culture change.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Industrial Engineer or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years progressive manufacturing and production operations and/or manufacturing engineering 5+ years management experience of manufacturing engineers with success improving team performance and accountability Demonstrate strong project management execution and securing capital investment Strong knowledge and experience using Six Sigma and Lean principles Relocation assistance available
